Welcome to Grade 1! I am so excited to teach grade one at SCA Elementary! I began teaching at SCA in the fall of 1998 and left for a few years to stay home after having my children. I then spent three years as a substitute teacher - SCA Elementary was always my favourite place to sub! I am now back in my happy place teaching grade ones.
My husband, Derek, teaches in Edmonton. We have two children who both attend SCA in grades 12 and 9. We love having our school breaks and summer holidays together and spend lots of time with our families who don't live near Sherwood Park. We enjoy camping, games, watching movies, and reading together.
Teaching has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl and I am looking forward to all God is going to do in the lives of my students. It is my prayer that they will learn more about God and solidify their faith in Him.

Sports: Curling and hockey are my favourites to watch as well as whatever my kids are playing.
